These scenarios have been designed to allow you to become a fully qualified LettsPay user. Part 1 is to be completed after your initial kick off meeting and Part 2 is to be completed after your first payout meeting.
All of the information you need to complete the tasks can be found on our knowledge base or in our videos of ‘how to’ which can be found on our youtube page.
When completing these tasks please write down any questions or difficulties you have and they can be answered and discussed in your meetings with the onboarding team.
To help set up your account in LettsPay, please watch the first 5 videos in this video playlist . They will talk you through how to change your password, setting up your 2 factor authentication, inviting new users and how to manage user permissions.
If you are going to be approving payouts, setting up your 2 factor authentication is mandatory.
