When you access your wallet view page there are several useful tabs that you can see in the centre of the page.

Below, is a list of all these tabs, their description and what other pages/actions you can access/perform directly from the data contained in these tabs.

Landlords All the landlords linked with this wallet are listed here The actions button on the right hand side of each landlord allows you to **view** or edit the landlord
Payments List of all the payments received in the wallet (date paid, amount, payment reference used, payer details) You can unassign (unmatch) payments from here. For more info click on this link.
Requests List of all the payment requests sent where the payee is the wallet The actions button on the right hand side of each request allows you to edit or **cancel** requests
Cancelled Requests List of all the payments requests cancelled where the payee is the wallet N/A
Payouts List of all pending/approved payouts from this wallet You can click the plus button on the left hand side of each payout to review it in more detail
Tenants List of all the tenants associated with this wallet The actions button on the right hand side of each tenant allows you to **view, edit** or **deactivate** the tenant and to create a request for the tenant
Properties List of all the properties associated with this wallet The actions button on the right hand side of each property allows you to view, edit or deactivate a property
Charges List of all the charges created, paid or partially paid out for the wallet The actions button on the right hand side of each charge allows you to view, **edit** or cancel a charge
Held charges List of all the charges on hold in the wallet You can release a charge on hold from here, making it ready for payout. For more information about held charges please follow this link
Charge schedules List of all active/inactive charge schedules linked with the wallet The actions button on the right hand side of each charge schedule allows you to edit the charge schedule
Credit notes List of all the credit notes created or paid for the wallet N/A
Refunds List of all the tenant refunds created or paid for the wallet N/A
Transactions List of every transaction from and to the wallet N/A
Audit List of all the actions completed for this wallet by every user of the platform This tab is only visible to users with owner level permissions
Messages List of all the messages sent to the landlords associated with the wallet You can verify if the email/SMS was successfully sent to your landlords
