Payment requests can either be created for a wallet or a tenant. There are two different ways in which a request can be created.

Create a request from the tenants/wallets page

• Click tenants/wallets on the side menu
• Find the relevant tenant/wallet you want to send a payment request
• Click the actions button on the right hand side
• Select create request

Create a request from the view page

• Click tenants/wallets on the side menu
• Find the relevant tenant/wallet you want to send a payment request
• Click the actions button on the right hand side
• Select view
• Click the create request button/ad hoc request button on the right hand side of the page

Create a request from the Requests page

• Click requests on the side menu

• On the top left hand side corner you will see a reference field. You should enter the relevant tenant/wallet reference you want to create a request for
