In LettsPay, there is no limit to the number of users you can create. And adding multiple users does not cost you anything more than what you normally pay!
The first user to be created always has the highest level of permissions possible (this is called owner).
When someone is assigned the main user, no one can edit their access levels. This is for security reasons so that individuals cannot change their own roles. If changes are required for someone with owner level permissions, please contact us directly. We may need confirmation of the requested changes in writing.
To access the user management page in LettsPay, you should:
To invite a new user, simply enter their email address in the invite user field on the manage users page.
When an existing LettsPay user (with the required level of permissions) sends an invite to a new user to join the platform, they will receive an email like the one below:
The new user must click on the link, which will redirect them to the registration page, where they must fill out the necessary information.
Once the new user is registered, they will receive an email to confirm their email address. If you cannot see this email in your inbox, please check in your spam folder.
