The LettsPay system is enabled for 2FA (two factor authentication).

All users can set up a 2FA application on their mobile phone or desktop computer.

In particular, users that can authorise payouts must have a 2FA application linked with their LettsPay account to be able to approve payments.

There are several apps that can be downloaded. We recommend the following:

Once your preferred app is downloaded and installed on your device, you will need to link it to your LettsPay account. To do this, you should:

1. Click on your name on the top right hand corner of your LettsPay account screen

2. Select My Profile

3. Select two factor authentication on the left hand side of the page

4. Click the add authenticator app button

1. Now you should open your authenticator app in your device (mobile or PC)
2. Either scan the QR code or enter the key provided on your LettsPay page
3. Now your authenticator app should display a verification code. Please enter the code in the verification code field and click verify
4. Finally, you will see a screen to confirm that the app was successfully linked with your LettsPay account. You should also see a list of 10 recovery codes. Please store these codes safely somewhere, as they can be used to access LettsPay should you not have access to your authenticator app.
