LettsPay is built from 6 entities:
- Wallet: This is the entity that represents the portfolio of one or more landlords. It is also the entity that is given a unique set of bank details.
- Landlord: This is the entity that is linked with the wallet. There can be one or multiple landlords under the same wallet.
- Property: This is the property/unit being rented out.
- Tenant: The paying person for the rented property.
- Supplier: This can be any third party that you pay (excluding landlords). For example: contractors, deposit schemes, utility companies, local authorities, solicitors, etc…
- Agent: You. The user of the platform.
