Your tenants may occasionally ask you to send them the bank details for their rent payments manually, instead of using payment requests link.

This article explains where to obtain the bank details in LettsPay and what payment reference your tenants should use.

Bank details (wallet details)

To view the bank details for a specific wallet, you should:

• Click wallets on the side menu
• Find the relevant wallet associated with the tenant
• Click actions
• Select view
• You will find the account details under the financial section on the centre of the page

• The account name is your full company name, as it was registered on Beta Companies House

Tenant payment reference

To retrieve your tenant’s payment reference, simply view their LettsPay reference on the tenants list page.

Just click tenants on the side menu and their reference will be visible on the left hand side (the first column).
