We now also require the landlord's date of birth and attestation type. Please confirm and provide these details for our mandatory due diligence checks, ensuring your compliance.

Selecting 'individual' indicates the landlord is a person, requiring you to complete the remaining fields, including DOB and attestation type.

Attestation type is the method you have used to confirm your landlord’s identity.
Attestation types can be:

Selecting this option means the landlord is a Limited company. You'll need to complete the required fields: date of incorporation, attestation type, registered address, and company information.
Date of incorporation, is the date this limited company was accepted by companies house and placed on the companies house public register.
