If a landlord has been declined by Griffin, you will need to add a new landlord and then removed the declined landlord from the wallet.

To add a new landlord, follow the steps in the article here. The landlord you are adding is the same landlord that has been declined but with a different reference and the correct information so the landlord does not get declined again.

Once you have added the new landlord, you will need to set the new landlords ownership percentage to 100% and the declined landlord to 0%, then click save.

You will then be taken to the landlord`s wallet page, click ‘manage ownership.’

Against the declined landlord, select ‘actions’, then ‘remove landlord’ and finally click save. The declined landlord will be removed from the wallet. The new landlord will now be associated with the wallet.
