Sometimes you could end up assigning a payment to the wrong payer, but don’t worry. LettsPay allows you to easily unassign and reassign payments to the correct payer.

There are two ways in which you can unassign payments:

From the wallet page

Payments should be unassigned from the wallet page if you are unsure who you assigned the payment to, or if you know you assigned the payment to the landlord by mistake.

To unassign payments from the wallet page, you should:

• Click wallets on the side menu
• Find the relevant wallet
• Click actions
• Select view
• Click the payments tab
• Find the relevant payment
• Click the unassign button on the right hand side

From the tenant page

Obviously, only tenant payments can be unassigned from this page and not landlord payments.

To unassign payments from the tenant page, you should:

• Click tenants on the side menu
• Find the relevant tenant
• Click actions
