When a landlord profile is created, the associated information is submitted to Griffin Bank for mandatory PEP and Sanctions screening.

Within the wallets section, you will find a 'landlord' sub-tab located on the right-hand side (illustrated below). This tab provides the Griffin status for each listed landlord.

Griffin Status

Incomplete - Landlord information is incomplete. Please update the following: attestation type, date of birth, or Persons with Significant Control (for limited companies).

In Progress - We will now send the complete information to Griffin.

Processing - Griffin is reviewing the landlord's information.

Accepted - This landlord has been accepted by Griffin.

Declined - Landlord declined due to an issue found during review by Griffin. You should have received a separate communication explaining the reason. Please follow the article to re-add with accurate details.
