If your tenant is in arrears in LettsPay, you can download a debt statement directly from the main tenant page.

The debt statement shows all the requests sent to that tenant along with all the payments made by date. It also shows the current outstanding debt of the tenant.

To download the debt statement, you should:

• Click tenants on the side menu

• Find the relevant tenant

• Click actions

• Select view

• On the right hand side you will find a debt statement button. Click it

  

• The system will then generate and download a pdf statement
