To make a property inactive you can,

• Click on properties on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the property
• Take actions and deactivate against the property

When an entity is inactive no further funds can be matched to this entity. In order to match funds to an entity that is inactive you need to make them active again.

To make a property active you can,

• Click on properties on the left hand side
• Then select the “inactive” tab on the right hand side.
• Using the search term search for the property
• Take actions and activate against the property
