To make a wallet inactive you can,

• Click on wallets on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the wallet
• Take actions and deactivate against the wallet

When an entity is inactive no further funds can be matched to this entity. In order to match funds to an entity that is inactive you need to make them active again.

To make a wallet active you can,

• Click on wallets on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the wallet
• Take actions and activate against the wallet
