To make a tenant inactive you can,

• Click on tenants on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the tenant
• Take actions and deactivate against the tenant

When an entity is inactive no further funds can be matched to this entity. In order to match funds to an entity that is inactive you need to make them active again.

To make a tenant active you can,

• Click on tenants on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the tenant
• Take actions and activate against the tenant
