To make a supplier inactive you can,

• Click on suppliers on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the supplier
• Take actions and deactivate against the supplier

When an entity is inactive no further funds can be matched to this entity. In order to match funds to an entity that is inactive you need to make them active again.

To make a supplier active you can,

• Click on suppliers on the left hand side
• Using the search term search for the supplier
• Take actions and activate against the supplier
