To create a wallet through the portal, you should:

• Click wallets on the left hand side menu
• On the top left hand side corner of the page you will see a reference field. The rules that apply for this reference can be found here.

• Once you have entered your chosen reference, click continue or press enter on your keyboard
• You will then be redirected to the wallet creation page, where you need to enter the required details. You can find a more detailed explanation of each field in this form here.
• You can then either click save or save and add property. The latter option will take you to the property creation page and will allow you to add a new property linked to that wallet straightaway.

If the bank details are entered, by default LettsPay will create a landlord linked with that wallet.

If, instead, you need to link multiple landlords to the wallet/portfolio, you should create the wallet without adding bank details. You can then add multiple landlords from another page.
