Changing a landlord’s ownership percentage means changing the rent amount they are owed from a specific portfolio.

To change the ownership percentage for a landlord, you should:

• Click wallets on the side menu

• Find the relevant wallet

• Click actions

• Click manage ownership (remember that you can access this page from the view wallet page too)

• You should now see the list of all the landlords associated with that wallet and their respective ownership %

• Simply click the ownership % field and enter the required percentage. Please note that the total amount of ownership percentage should be 100

  

• Finally, simply click save

• You will then be redirected to the view wallet page, where the updated ownership percentages are displayed on the landlords tab
